Con este propósito se consideran, específicamente, los principales antecedentes, el contexto general de los dos gobiernos comprendidos entre 1934 a 1938 y 1942 a 1945, las reformas económicas y sociales intentadas y, finalmente, una breve interpretación de dichas reformas en el contexto de ese momento histórico.
