description This paper presents a reflection about the Afrocolombian Ethno-education, which is firstly set out from the perspective of a new concept, but an ancient practice; taking into consideration the historical-traditional and ethno-educative strategies used by afrodescendant communities, which, currently, lead to particular practices, beliefs, ideas, knowledge, and particular worldviews. Secondly, it is proposed a debate from the popular and institutional constructions of the afrocolombian social movement on Ethno-education for considering difficulties and possibilities over the last 20 years. In this sense, the debate approaches the idea of an endogenous and exogenous ethno-education by mainly discussing teachers training and the role of ethno-education in relation to Racism, Racial Discrimination and the demand for other schools. Finally, it suggests a conceptual look of ethno-education against racism and sexism. It includes gender equality and sexual diversity as confronting proposals towards the transformation of the national educative system, in order to highlight and place human diversity, especially, the Afrocolombian diversity in the discourse of ethno-education.

El presente artículo desarrolla una reflexión en torno a la Etnoeducación Afrocolombiana. En primer lugar, se muestra la Etnoeducación afrocolombiana bajo la perspectiva de un concepto nuevo, pero una práctica antigua, tomando en consideración las estrategias etno-educativas históricas-tradicionales utilizadas por las comunidades Afrodescendientes; las cuales, hoy, dan lugar a las prácticas, ideas, creencias, saberes, conocimientos y concepciones de mundo particulares. En segundo lugar, propone un debate desde las construcciones populares y/o del movimiento social Afrocolombiano de la Etnoeducación y las institucionales demarcando posibilidades e imposibilidades en el trasegar de 20 años. En este sentido aborda la idea de la educación endógena y exógena, haciendo hincapié en la discusión en términos de la formación de formadores, el rol de la Etnoeducación frente al Racismo y la Discriminación Racial, y la apuesta por otras escuelas. Finalmente, propone una mirada conceptual de la Etnoeducación frente al racismo y al sexismo. La equidad de género y la diversidad sexual como propuesta de choque para la transformación del sistema educativo nacional, relievar y situar las expresiones de la diversidad humana, particularmente, la diversidad Afrocolombiana en el discurso de la etnoeducación. O artigo presente desenvolve uma reflexão ao redor de Etnoeducación Afrocolombiana. No primeiro lugar, Etnoeducación afrocolombiana baixo a perspectiva de um conceito novo, mas uma prática velha, enquanto levando em consideração as estratégias etno-educacionais-histórico-tradicionais usou pelas comunidades Afrodescendientes; esses que, hoje, eles dão lugar às práticas, idéias, convicções, saberes, conhecimento e concepções de mundo particulares. Em segundo lugar, propõe um debate de construções populares e/ou do movimento social Afrocolombiano de Etnoeducación e o institucional que demarcam possibilidades e impossibilidades no transcorrer de 20 anos. Neste sentido chega a idéia da educação endógena e exógena, enquanto fazendo tensão na discussão em termos da formação de formadores, a lista de Etnoeducación em frente ao Racismo e a Discriminação Racial, e a aposta para o outras escolas. Finalmente, propõe um olhar conceitual de Etnoeducación em frente ao racismo e para o sexismo. A igualdade de gênero e a diversidade sexual como proposta de estrondo para a transformação do sistema nacional educacional, relievar e localizar as expressões da diversidade humana, particularmente, a diversidade Afrocolombiana na fala do etnoeducación.
