| Yhteenveto: | The objective of this article is to analyze the existence of social exclusion situations which are persistent in Bogotá (Colombia), comparing 2003 and 2007 data. First of all, the social exclusion in Bogotá is evaluated for each year of study through a multidimensional index. Then, the situation in 2003 is compared to this of 2007. Finally, we analyze the age cohorts to evaluate the change of social exclusion in this city. The results show that people have the risk of falling in vicious circle through the time but, at least in Bogotá, individuals are finding forms of leaving social exclusion.
