description | The technological advances made in the mobile communication field over the past few years have all contributed to enhance software and hardware specifications. Initiatives such as those launched by the government of Colombia, which pursues the objective of providing official educational institutions with digital tablets, have motivated the actors in the educational process and the teachers’ interest in proposing strategies for incorporating mobile devices into educational contexts. From this point of view, the present research aims to propose a framework which allows combining technological and pedagogical aspects in the educational apps development process, in order to respond to the needs of the educational environment in which they will be incorporated. This document shows the results of the research carried out in four methodological stages: assessment, conceptualization and characterization, proposal and implementation of the framework, and analysis of results. |

Los adelantos tecnológicos registrados en los últimos años en el sector de los dispositivos móviles han permitido contar con mejores especificaciones de hardware y software. Iniciativas como la del gobierno de Colombia, que tiene el propósito de dotar con tabletas a las instituciones educativas oficiales del país, motivaron el interés de docentes y demás actores del proceso educativo por proponer estrategias para la incorporación de dispositivos móviles en contextos educativos. En esta perspectiva, la presente investigación tiene como propósito proponer un framework, que permite combinar aspectos pedagógicos y tecnológicos en el proceso de desarrollo de aplicaciones educativas móviles, que respondan a las necesidades del entorno educativo al cual serán incorporadas. Este documento muestra los resultados obtenidos en la investigación desarrollada en cuatro etapas metodológicas: diagnóstico, conceptualización y caracterización, propuesta e implementación del framework, y análisis de resultados. Les avancées technologiques réalisées ces dernières années dans le secteur des dispositifs mobiles ont permis de disposer de meilleures spécifications des logiciels. Des initiatives telles que celles prises par le gouvernement colombien, qui visent à équiper des tablettes tactiles les institutions éducatives officielles du pays, ont encouragé les professeurs et les acteurs du processus éducatif à proposer des stratégies pour incorporer les dispositifs mobiles dans des contextes éducatifs. À cet égard, la présente recherche a pour objectif de proposer un framework permettant de combiner des aspects pédagogiques et technologiques dans le processus de développement d’applications mobiles éducatives pour répondre aux besoins du milieu où elles seront incorporées. Ce document affiche les résultats issus de la recherche développée en quatre étapes méthodologiques: le diagnostic, la conceptualisation et la caractérisation, la proposition et la mise en oeuvre du framework, et l’analyse des résultats.
