Summary:	This paper explores, from personal experience, the organizational processes building of Amazonian indigenous women, the music and forms of protection of some ancestral knowledge which have promoted different forms of leadership of indigenous women. Around of the issues raised, this paper is transversal to the process of intercultural education and protection of traditional knowledge of indigenous women, from the project of Escuela Intercultural de Diplomacia Indígena –EIDIand Law doctoral project about indigenous music and intangible cultural heritage.
