La elaboración apropiada de un proyecto de investigación requiere del conocimiento, técnicas, variables, tendencias y estrategias que permitan al estudiante tener una visión amplia de todo el proceso investigativo. Hoy en día, esta hace parte del estudio y desarrollo de cualquier disciplina, por esto se ha querido enriquecer y fortalecer la asignatura de Metodología de Investigación de los estudiantes de la Tecnología de Regencia en Farmacia de la Facultad de Estudios a Distancia de la UPTC, con el fin de brindar las herramientas necesarias con las que un estudiante pueda entender y lograr desarrollar proyectos y trabajos investigativos para su formación. Especialmente se desea hacer énfasis en el desarrollo de una buena propuesta de investigación como opción de grado que aporte a la solución de problemas de carácter social que tanto requieren los ámbitos local, regional y nacional.
