El presente trabajo se propone avanzar en el análisis teórico del pluralismo, a partir de las concepciones de Rawls, Habermas y Kymlicka, teniendo como referente el componente étnico incorporado en el Acuerdo de Paz, suscrito entre el Gobierno colombiano y las guerrillas de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia –FARC-EP-, y la precaria participación de las comunidades indígenas en la toma de decisiones respecto a los territorios y el desconocimiento de sus derechos, particularmente el de la consulta previa, a pesar de que han padecido las graves consecuencias del conflicto social y político del país.
