description The purpose of this article is to explore and identify a series of strategies and / or guidelines that can be considered in the elaboration of public educational policies aimed at ex-combatant women linked to disarmament, reintegration and reintegration processes - DDR. For this, the concepts referring to gender approach and right to education will be addressed, analyzing the pros and cons of its application within the framework of the Peace Agreement signed by the National Government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia - FARC, taking into account the recommendations from the international community, some public institutions, researchers and ex-combatants, who have been in charge of studying previous processes.

El presente artículo tiene como fin explorar y señalar una serie de estrategias y/o lineamientos que puedan ser considerados en la elaboración de políticas públicas educativas dirigidas a mujeres excombatientes vinculadas a procesos de desarme, reinserción y reintegración - DDR. Para esto, se abordará los conceptos referentes a  enfoque de género y derecho a la educación, analizando los pros y contras de su aplicación en el marco del Acuerdo de Paz firmado por el Gobierno Nacional y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia - FARC, teniendo en cuenta las recomendaciones de la comunidad internacional, algunas instituciones públicas, investigadores y excombatientes, quienes se han encargado de estudiar procesos anteriores. O objetivo deste artigo é explorar e apontar uma série de estratégias e/ou diretrizes que podem ser consideradas no desenvolvimento de políticas públicas educacionais voltadas para mulheres ex-combatentes vinculadas aos processos de desarmamento, reinserção e reintegração - DDR. Para isso, serão abordados os conceitos relacionados à abordagem de gênero e o direito à educação, analisando os prós e contras de sua aplicação no âmbito do Acordo de Paz assinado pelo Governo Nacional e as Forças Armadas Revolucionárias da Colômbia - FARC, levando em conta Leva em conta as recomendações da comunidade internacional, algumas instituições públicas, pesquisadores e ex-combatentes, que se encarregaram de estudar processos anteriores.
