description | This article was developed on the basis of findings from Testimony as pedagogical category. A theoretical foundation, a current research conducted by its author in fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of PhD in education from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. It is a qualitative study that falls within the hermeneutic approach, which uses documentary research as a method for presenting, from an analytical and critical perspective, some proposals regarding the pedagogical potential of victim’s testimony in post-conflict situations. This testimony was included in the Final agreement to end the armed conflict and build a stable and lasting peace, signed by the Colombian government and the FARC-EP, as a strategy oriented towards compensation of victims and reconciliation. For this purpose, the following subjects are previously addressed: testimony conceptualization, typology of testimony according to Ricoeur and assessment of its reception in the agreement. |

Este artículo fue elaborado a partir de hallazgos obtenidos en la investigación El testimonio como categoría pedagógica. Una fundamentación teórica, que está realizando el autor para optar al título de Doctor en Educación en la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. Es un estudio de tipo cualitativo, circunscrito en el paradigma hermenéutico, que utiliza la investigación documental como método para presentar, en tiempos de posconflicto, desde una perspectiva analítica y crítica, algunas propuestas en torno a las potencialidades pedagógicas del testimonio de las víctimas, el cual fue incluido en el Acuerdo Final de Paz rubricado por el gobierno colombiano y las FARC-EP como estrategia orientada al resarcimiento de las víctimas y al fomento de la convivencia y la reconciliación. Para ello, previamente se abordan los siguientes temas: conceptualización del testimonio, tipología testimonial según Ricoeur y evaluación de su recepción en el acuerdo. Cet article a été élaboré à partir des résultats de la recherche Le témoignage en tant que catégorie pédagogique. Un fondement théorique, réalisée par son auteur en vue de l’obtention du grade académique de docteur en Éducation de l’Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. Il s’agit d’une étude qualitative, circonscrite au paradigme herméneutique, se servant de la recherche documentaire comme méthode pour présenter, depuis une perspective analytique et critique, certaines propositions concernant les potentialités pédagogiques du témoignage des victimes dans la période de l’après-guerre. Tel témoignage a été inclus dans l’Accord final de paix signé par le gouvernement colombien et les FARC-EP, comme une stratégie orientée vers le dédommagement des victimes et vers la promotion de la coexistence et la réconciliation. Pour ce faire, les thèmes suivants ont été abordés précédemment : conceptualisation du témoignage, typologie de témoignage d’après Ricoeur, et l’évaluation de son accueil dans l’accord. Este artigo foi elaborado a partir dos achados obtidos na investigação O Testemunho como categoria pedagógica. Uma fundamentação teórica, que está a realizar o autor para optar ao título de Doutor em Educação na Universidade Autónoma de Barcelona. É um estudo de tipo qualitativo, circunscrito no paradigma hermenêutico, que utiliza a investigação documentária como método para apresentar, em tempos de posconflicto, desde uma perspectiva analítica e crítica, algumas propostas em torno das potencialidades pedagógicas do testemunho das vítimas, o qual foi incluído no Acordo Final de Paz rubricado pelo governo colombiano e as FARC-EP como estratégia orientada à ressarcimento das vítimas e ao fomento da convivência e a reconciliação. Para isso, previamente se abordam os seguintes temas: conceitualização do testemunho, tipologia testemunhal segundo Ricoeur e avaliação de sua recepção no acordo.
