This paper contains the design, simulation and implementation of an amplifier RF class F at 1.748 GHz, its importance, application and design. The implementation was realized by using of microstrip lines with RF 35 subtrate of the Taconic company. The obtained results are shown and its behavior is evaluated.

Los  amplificadores  clase F  se  caracterizan  por  su  alta eficiencia, que  los hace útiles en circuitos de  transmisión. El  presente  artículo  contiene  el  diseño,  simulación  e implementación de un amplificador RF clase F a 1748 GHz.  La  implementación  se  realizó  utilizando  líneas microcinta con substrato RF 35 de  la empresa Taconic. Se muestran  los  resultados  obtenidos  y  se  evalúa  su comportamiento.
