Presentación de una guía preliminar para la regulación de vibraciones generadas por voladuras en áreas urbanas, las cuales influyen sobre estructuras o viviendas cercanas a los sitios de su ejecución. Rocas, suelos o materiales con resistencias superiores a 50 y 60 Mpa hacen necesaria la utilización de explosivos para su fragmentación, estos producen alteraciones ambientales, como vibraciones, ruido y proyecciones que generan molestias a personas, y posibles daños a sus viviendas.
