description A critical reflection on the pedagogical foundation for the training of autonomous, ethical, and political researchers is made based on the contextual and social reality in Latin America. To this end, it is taken as a point of departure the following question: from a perspective of politics and social ethics, what could be the pedagogical foundation for the training of an autonomous researcher? A literature review was conducted and critical points as well as alternative proposals were stablished as possible pedagogical foundations for the training of researchers in social sciences and education. It is important to highlight how the alternative pedagogical proposals in Latin America have provided critical elements from praxis to education. These elements are strongly linked to the political field because there is a permanent utopia focusing on transformation and a shift towards autonomy development and independence.

Se hace una reflexión crítica acerca de la fundamentación pedagógica para la formación de un investigador autónomo, ético y político, basada en la realidad social y contextual de América Latina. Para ello, se parte de la siguiente pregunta: ¿cuál podría ser la fundamentación pedagógica para la formación de un investigador autónomo, a partir de la ética social y la política? Se hizo una revisión bibliográfica y se establecieron puntos críticos y propuestas alternativas que brindan posibilidades de fundamentación pedagógica para la formación de investigadores en ciencias sociales y de la educación. Es importante resaltar cómo las propuestas alternativas pedagógicas para América Latina han aportado elementos críticos desde la praxis a la educación, con fuertes vínculos hacia lo político, porque ven allí una utopía permanente para la transformación y el cambio orientado hacia el desarrollo de la autonomíay la independencia. Une réflexion critique sur les fondements pédagogiques pour la formation des chercheurs autonomes, éthiques et politiques est menée sur la base de la réalité sociale et contextuelle de l’Amérique latine. Pour ce faire, le document part de la question suivante: du point de vue de l’éthique sociale et de la politique, quels pourraient être les fondements pédagogiques pour la formation des chercheurs autonomes? Unerévision de littérature a été effectuée et des points critiques ainsi que des propositions alternatives ont été établis pour définir des fondements pédagogiques possibles pour la formation des chercheurs en sciences sociales et éducation. Il est important de souligner que les propositions alternatives en Amérique latine ont apporté des éléments critiques à l’éducation à partir de la pratique. Ces éléments sont fortement liés au domaine politique parce que l’on y retrouve une utopie permanente de transformation et de changement vers le développement de l’autonomie et l’indépendance. Em primeiro lugar se faz uma reflexão crítica sobre a fundamentação pedagogica para a formação de um pesquisador autônomo, ético e político, baseado na realidade social e contextual da América Latina. Para fazer isso, se parte da seguinte pergunta: qual poderia ser a fundamentação pedagógica para a formação de um pesquisador autônomo, desde a ética social e política? Foi feita uma revisão bibliográfica e se estabeleceram pontos críticos e propostas alternativas que oferecem possibilidades de fundamentação pedagógica para a formação de pesquisadores em ciências sociais e de educação. É importante destacar como as propostas alternativas pedagógicas para a América Latina tem contribuído elementos críticos de educação desde a práxis à educação, com fortes laços na política, porque veem ali uma utopia permanente para a transformação e mudança orientada para o desenvolvimento da autonomia e da independência.
