description | Nowadays educational institutions, within the school curricula, look for both adopting and applying learning strategies that allow for the strengthening of training of students, who are sought to be reflective and critical towards their learning process. That is why the objective of this study is the implementation of a program of learning strategies for students of an educational institution in Sibundoy, Putumayo. The research was carried out from the qualitative paradigm, with a social critical approach and an action research method. The sample was composed of 90 students of eighth, ninth, and tenth grades. For information gathering, the semi-structured interview and the focus group were used. One of the main findings was a diagnosis by which the population was characterized. In addition, the guidelines for the development of the learning strategies program emerged, among which affective-emotional ones and those of repetition, regulation, elaboration and organization were found. It is concluded that learning strategies gain great importance in the academic context since through them students adopt a critical position towards their own learning process. |

Actualmente las instituciones educativas buscan adoptar y aplicar en los currículos escolares estrategias de aprendizaje que permitan potenciar la formación de los estudiantes, quienes se busca que sean reflexivos y críticos frente a su proceso de aprendizaje. Por ello, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo la implementación de un programa de estrategias de aprendizaje para estudiantes de una institución educativa de Sibundoy, Putumayo. La investigación se realizó desde el paradigma cualitativo, con un enfoque crítico social y un método de investigación-acción. La muestra fue de noventa estudiantes de grados octavo, noveno y décimo. Para la recolección de la información se utilizaron la entrevista semiestructurada y el grupo focal. Uno de los principales hallazgos fue un diagnóstico mediante el cual se caracterizó a la población. Asimismo, surgieron los lineamientos para la elaboración del programa de estrategias de aprendizaje, entre las que se encuentran las afectivo-motivacionales, las de repetición, de regulación, de elaboración y de organización. Se concluye que las estrategias de aprendizaje cobran gran importancia en el contexto académico, dado que mediante estas los estudiantes adoptan una posición crítica frente a su propio proceso de aprendizaje. De nos jours, les établissements d'enseignement ont pour objectif d'adopter et d'appliquer des stratégies d'apprentissage dans les programmes scolaires qui permettent de renforcer la formation des élèves, qui sont censés réfléchir et critiquer leur processus d'apprentissage. Pour cette raison, cette étude vise à mettre en œuvre un programme de stratégies d'apprentissage pour les étudiants d'un établissement d'enseignement à Sibundoy, Putumayo. La recherche a été menée à partir du paradigme qualitatif, avec une approche sociale critique et une méthode de recherche-action. L'échantillon était composé de quatre-vingt-dix élèves de huitième, neuvième et dixième année. L'entretien semi-directif et le groupe de discussion ont été utilisés pour la collecte de données. L'un des principaux résultats a été un diagnostic qui a permis de caractériser la population. De même, les lignes directrices pour l'élaboration du programme de stratégies d'apprentissage ont émergé, parmi lesquelles figurent les stratégies affectives-émotionnelles et celles de répétition, de régulation, d'élaboration et d'organisation. Il est conclu que les stratégies d'apprentissage revêtent une grande importance dans le contexte scolaire, étant donné qu'elles permettent aux élèves d'adopter une position critique par rapport à leur propre processus d'apprentissage. Portanto, o presente estudo tem como objetivo implementar um programa de estratégias de aprendizagem para estudantes de uma instituição educativa em Sibundoy, Putumayo. A pesquisa foi realizada a partir do paradigma qualitativo, com abordagem critico social e um método de pesquisa-ação. A amostra foi de noventa estudantes da oitava série, nona série e do décimo ano. Para a colheita da informação foram utilizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas e grupo focal. Um dos principais achados foi um diagnóstico mediante o qual caracterizou-se à população. Da mesma forma, surgiram as diretrizes para a elaboração do programa de estratégias de aprendizagem, entre as que se encontram as afetivo-emocionais e as de repetição, de regulação, de elaboração e de organização. Conclui-se que as estratégias de aprendizagem cobram grande importância no contexto acadêmico, uma vez que estes estudantes adotam uma posição crítica em relação ao seu próprio processo de aprendizagem.
