description	The following study is written within the works of history of memory. It seeks to analyze how the prison memory of two subversive, leftist Latin American organizations created a whole discursive corpus based on political propaganda. The cornerstone of the construct is «the militant hero», which will be analyzed from the narrative reconstruction of the prison memory of both organizations. More concretely, this investigation aims to answer the following questions: what is the objective of these organizations in making an effort to rebuild a memory of confinement? Wouldn't this effort be contradictory, taking into account the Tupumaro National Liberation Movement political conquest and the Shining Path's plan to have a place in politics?  This comparative study intends to demonstrate that this construction intends to present a suprahuman image of the prisoners who belong to these two guerrilla groups and, also, an inhuman image of those who had to face them. All of the above, to denounce the reaction of the state through the words that were denied to them 40 years before, and of building, therefore, a memory that allows them to tell another version that fosters greater social acceptance and facilitates their political participation.

El siguiente estudio se inscribe dentro de los trabajos de historia de la memoria. Busca analizar cómo la memoria carcelaria de dos organizaciones subversivas de la izquierda latinoamericana gestaron todo un corpus discursivo en función de la propaganda política. La pieza angular del constructo es «el héroe militante», el cual se analizará a partir de la reconstrucción narrativa de la memoria carcelaria de ambas organizaciones. En concreto, la investigación tratará de responder a las siguientes interrogantes: ¿con qué fin ambas organizaciones se esfuerzan por recomponer una memoria del encierro?, ¿no sería este un esfuerzo contradictorio teniendo en cuenta, para el caso de MLN-T, su conquista política, y para SL, su plan de arribo a la política?  A través del estudio comparado se tratará de demostrar que esta construcción pretende presentar una imagen suprahumana de los presos de ambos grupos guerrilleros, y, en segundo lugar, inhumana de aquellos que tuvieron que enfrentarlos. Todo ello con la finalidad de denunciar la reacción del Estado a través de la palabra que les fuera negada cuarenta años atrás, y construir, por lo tanto, una memoria que les permita contar otra versión que propicie una mayor aceptación social, y facilite su participación política. Cette étude s’inscrit dans le courant d’histoire de la mémoire, et cherche à établir dans quelle mesure la mémoire de la prison de deux organisations subversives de gauche en Amérique latine a été la source d’un discours de propagande politique. L’emblème d’un tel discours serait la figure du «héros militant», figure que l’on se propose d’analyser en retraçant la mémoire de prison des deux organisations. Plus concrètement, cet article essaye de répondre aux questions suivantes: quel est le but, pour ces organisations, de reconstruire leurs mémoires d’enfermement ? N’est-ce pas un contresens, si l’on considère les conquêtes politiques du MLN et l’arrivée en politique du SL ? L’étude comparée ici appliquée tente de montrer qu’untel effort de mémoire cherche à donner une image suprahumaine des prisonniers, d’une part, et d’autre part une image inhumaine de tous ceux qui les ont affronté. Tout cela ayant pour but de dénoncer la réaction de l’État à travers la parole qu’on les avait refusé il y a quarante ans, et ce afin de construire une mémoire qui leur permet de raconter une autre version en vue de faciliter une participation politique plus conséquente.
