Summary:Eng: This degree work had the objective of carrying out a critical analysis of the process of evaluation and management on the results of the ESAP Territorial Boyacá-Casanare 2014-2016, in relation with the missionary processes of training and teaching. It was expected to know the process advanced by the ESAP, identifying the difficulties, and the successes that are found in the process in light of the existing regulations; likewise identify the perception that the method of evaluation of management and results has in students, users of entities, teachers and managers; the management results achieved by the territorial ESAP Boyacá - Casanare during the period 2014 - 2016 are also described; and propose actions to improve the management and results of the evaluation process. In order to carry it out, a methodology was proposed in which, apart from a documentary search of a specialized bibliography on ESAP's management and results evaluation processes, we recieved information through a survey of public servants and students of the entity (57 people) and 4 interviews were conducted, an interview with the director of the ESAP Territorial Boyacá - Casanare, the academic coordinator, his assistant and the training coordinator, Questions were asked regarding the rendering of accounts and the management evaluation, carried out in each of the training and teaching mission processes, the participants must have been in the ESAP in the period 2014-2016. Among the main results, positive scores were mostly evident, both in the management and results indexes, and in the surveys / interviews conducted
