En consecuencia, la presente ponencia, está fundamentada en un micromundo interactivo para el aprendizaje del tema “la tierra en el universo" en estudiantes de sexto grado que asisten al telecentro La Linda del área rural de Manizales, se convierte en una herramienta dentro de las TIC que pretende contribuir a la mejora del ámbito educativo del país, más exactamente en aquellas áreas rurales que suelen ser abandonadas y que en la mayoría de casos se quedan atrasadas ante los constantes avances de la ciencia y de la tecnología. indispensable que el maestro fomente el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico de sus estudiantes, los oriente a tomar una postura reflexiva y propia sobre la forma en la que ellos ven el mundo o el tema que se esté tratando y con ellos poco a poco se estén formando futuros investigadores que sacan sus propias teorías u formas de interpretar lo que hay a su alrededor, es así como el profesor debe trabajar para orientar a sus estudiantes a cuestionar las teorías y las prácticas ya establecidas animándolos a generar respuestas liberadoras tanto a nivel individual como colectivo, propiciando un ambiente de intercambio de ideas bien argumentadas que llevaran a que los implicados en el proceso educativo profesores– estudiantes se complementen mutuamente y aprendan los unos de los otros. …”
