Description
Summary:Research in education constitutes a possibility to realice the mechanisms and interactions in the classroom, from teaching to learning. Both in the training process and in the professional practice of the teacher, research seeks to strengthen and enrich the teaching task. In this sense, this work aims to highlight the research exercises and educative practices related to the Higher Normal Schools, as an opportunity to make visible the construction work of knowledge that teacher trainers do. Readers will find seven chapters, which refer to interactions between equals, pedagogical practice, educational work strategies in rural  areas, the teaching of English, the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic, and educational policy. Through writing, teacher-researchers want their work to be known, to establish networks of collaboration and construction of knowledge, and to motivate other teachers to share the knowledge they have consolidated.
