Practical proposal for the recovery of production and employment from the municipalities localities
The author criticizes the neoliberal development model that has generated twenty-seven million people below the poverty. line in Colombia. He formulates a novel proposal that consists in guaranteeing food support as a result of exchanging municipality produced goods.
