Currently, the health crisis caused by COVID-19 makes it necessary to experiment with dynamics different from those traditionally used in educational processes.  This article focuses on the experiences of teachers and support professionals, with special emphasis on the development of pedagogical practices in inclusion processes during compulsory isolation, using as a methodological perspective the systematization of experiences proposed by Oscar Jara, which allows reconstructing knowledge and resignifying practice as a result of the need for a transformation in the educational space.

La diversidad y la inclusión educativa constituyen temas recurrentes en las políticas, planes y programas, así como en las prácticas cotidianas en el aula; siendo estas garantes de la participación de todas las personas en igualdad de oportunidades. En la actualidad la crisis sanitaria por COVID -19 obliga a experimentar dinámicas diferentes a las tradicionalmente utilizadas en los procesos educativos.  Este artículo se enfoca en las experiencias de docentes y profesionales de apoyo, haciendo especial énfasis en el desarrollo de las prácticas pedagógicas en los procesos de inclusión durante el aislamiento obligatorio, utilizando como perspectiva metodológica la sistematización de experiencias propuesta por Oscar Jara, la cual permite reconstruir los saberes y resignificar la práctica como resultado de la necesidad de una transformación en el espacio educativo. A diversidade e a inclusão na educação são temas recorrentes nas políticas, planos e programas, bem como nas práticas quotidianas das salas de aula, que garantem a participação de todas as pessoas com igualdade de oportunidades. Actualmente, a crise sanitária causada pela COVID-19 obriga-nos a experimentar dinâmicas diferentes daquelas tradicionalmente utilizadas nos processos educativos.  Este artigo centra-se nas experiências de professores e profissionais de apoio, com especial ênfase no desenvolvimento de práticas pedagógicas nos processos de inclusão durante o isolamento obrigatório, utilizando como perspectiva metodológica a sistematização de experiências proposta por Oscar Jara, que permite a reconstrução do conhecimento e a resignificação da prática como resultado da necessidade de transformação no espaço educativo.
