The surveyed teachers contributed their ideas, stories and glances in relation to the places where they live and work. They talk about their personal and professional paths and they present their views about the students / they and their families. The communities of every place that the research, let us say Tunja, in the department of Boyacá and Santa Rita de Ouro Preto, in the district of the historic town of Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil. |

O presente trabalho pretende trazer ao debate a questão da formação de mulheres professores para a escola rural, discutindo, com base na psicanálise a problemática da formação situada na bifurcação – gênero, sujeito e docência. A pesquisa realizada no Brasil e na Colômbia em momentos e por grupos diferentes buscam encontrar no relato de histórias de vidas das mulheres-professoras participantes da pesquisa o significado subjetivamente de ser mulher e professora no espaço rural. As mulheres professoras que participaram da pesquisa trazem suas percepções, histórias e olhares a respeito dos lugares em que moram e trabalham, onde falam de seus percursos pessoais e profissionais e expõem suas visões sobre os/as alunos/as e suas famílias, as comunidades de cada lugar que a pesquisa, a saber, Tunja, na província de Boyacá e em Santa Rita de Ouro Preto, distrito da Cidade Histórica de Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brasil.
