El estudio abordará la caracterización sobre el manejo de competencias digitales de algunos docentes de Básica Primaria de una institución pública de la ciudad de Tunja, a través de actividades con tabletas con el fin de consolidar una cultura digital. La incorporación de dispositivos digitales individuales, para estudiantes y docentes de los distintos niveles educativos, se está transformando en una tendencia mayoritaria en las actuales políticas gubernamentales de inclusión digital, inclusión social y de mejoramiento de las oportunidades educativas de los sistemas educativos de Iberoamérica. L’étude abordera la caractérisation sur l’utilisation de compétences digitales de quelques enseignants de l’école élémentaire d’une institution du secteur publique dans la ville de Tunja. Ceci à travers des activités avec de tablettes afin de consolider une culture digitale. L’incorporation de dispositifs digitaux individuels, pour des élèves et des enseignants des différents niveaux éducatifs, est en train de se transformer vers une tendance majoritaire dans les politiques gouvernementales actuelles d’inclusion digitale, d’inclusion sociale et d’amélioration des opportunités éducatives des systèmes éducatifs ibéro-américains. O estudo abordará a caraterização sobre a gestão de competências digitais de alguns docentes de Ensino Fundamental de uma instituição publica da cidade de Tunja, através de atividades com tablets com o fim de consolidar uma cultura digital. A incorporação de dispositivos digitais individuais, para estudantes e docentes dos distintos níveis educacionais, transformando-se na maior tendência das atuais politicas governamentais de inclusão digital, inclusão social e de melhoramento das oportunidades educacionais dos sistemas educativos de Iberoamericana.
